  • I called Live-Technician.com at 888-216-8304 on 10/1/2012. I spoke to a Supervisor named Jason in regards to the public profile that has been posted to Scambook. He escalated my information to his Manager and they will be giving me a call back tomorrow at 11AM PST. I await their call and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I called Live-Technician on 8/29/2012. I spoke to a Supervisor and informed him about the complaints on Scambook. He was very interested in resolving the complaints and informed me he'd be going on Scambook to review the complaints. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
