6/6/13 at 8:26 AM PST Scambook emailed Heather back from EZ MOVES to clarify how Scambook's business resolution process works and to set up a phone call to discuss her options. Scambook is awaiting a response and will update as more information becomes available.

6/4/13 at 2:40 PM PST Scambook emailed EZ Moves via the parent company site Allstar Products Group (http://www.allstarmg.com) to inform them again of the complaints posted about them, the damages repoerted and let them know how to contact us to address the complaints. Scambook continues to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

Irwin, PA 15642-4510 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 11/15/2012 I contacted EZ Moves at (866) 649-0118 and spoke with a customer service representative by the name of Jessica whom forwarded my message regarding the company's profile to their corporate office. I await their response and will continue to update as I'm able to determine whether or not EZ Moves is interested in addressing their customers' complaints.
