On 6/28/2013 at 5:28 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected], and [email protected] fully informing Success Planning Group of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses.

On 6.13.2013 I attempted to dial (866) 959-3880, (866) 964-3883,and (888) 213-1427 to contact Success Planning Group. All of the numbers are currently not in service. I also received a bounce back email from (866) 959-3880, (866) 964-3883, (888) 213-1427. Scambook will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses.

I called Success Planning Group at 866-964-3883 on 6/7/2013. I spoke to a customer service representative and alerted him to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I was then transferred to the voice mail of Damian where I left a detailed message. I await his response.

informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 4/3/2013 at 9:15am PST, I contacted Success Planning Group by dialing (866) 964-3883. I provided a detailed message to be forwarded to the proper representative.

Company received their 25th complaint.

I made a follow up call to Success Planning Group on 12/12/2012 by dialing (866) 964-3883. I spoke with a supervisor named Mida Garcia and notified her about the public profile and unresolved consumer complaints. Mida informed me that the company was not interested in resolving their consumer complaints on Scambook at this time.

I called Success Planning Group at (866) 964-3883 on 10/29/2012. I left a message on their voice-mail in regards to the complaints posted on Scambook. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I called Success Planning Group at 866-964-3883 on 9/11/2012. Unfortunately, a Supervisor was unavailable but I did get transferred to their voice mail. In the voice mail, I notified them of the public profile created and posted to Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
