  • On 05/22/2013 at 08:54 AM PST, I dialed (877) 614-4950 to contact BlueBGSupport.com. I spoke to a CSR, Carey and fully informed him of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile for BlueBGSupport.com. Carey gave me the email [email protected]. I sent a detalied email to [email protected] informing BlueBGSupport.com of their informed posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response.

  • I called BlueBGSupport.com at 877-614-4950 on 4/3/2013. I spoke with Eric regarding the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. Eric was unable to assist me due to the fact they are a third party call center who only handles BlueBGSupport.com's customer service and was unable to provide me with any additional contact information for the business.

  • I contacted BlueBGSupport at 12:22pm PST by dialing (877) 614-4950 and spoke with a supervisor from customer support named Alex. Alex told me he would escalate my message to BlueBGSupport so the profile could be properly addressed by a decision maker with BlueBGSupport.
