Many of the email addresses bounced back. We are still waiting to hear back. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

8/27/13 at 11:20 AM PST Scambook emailed CA Software again at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] again to re-inform them of the complaints posted and let them know the imortance of doing so. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as new information comes in.

8/20/13 at 1:39 PM PST Scambook sent emails to DRI*CA Software at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to remind them that the complaints still exist and we will continue to contact until there is resolution despite getting the following email

8/14/13 at 10:23 AM PST Scambook has sent another email to Mr. Kumar Sadai at [email protected] asking him why Toital Defense has chose not to address the complaints. We are awaiting a reponse and will update as more information comes in.

8/6/13 at 9:50 AM PST Scambook contacted CA Software again at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to remind them of the complaints and the mportance of addressing them. Scambook will continue to reach out and will updte as the investigation continues.

7/30/13 at 4:13 PM PST Scambook contacted CA Software again at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to remind them of the complaints and the mportance of addressing them. Scambook will continue to reach out and will updte as the investigation continues.

7/22/13 at 10:42 AM PST Scambook contacted Mr. Kumar Sadai again to let him know we will continue to contact, as we already have, until there is some reolution given to these complaints. Scambook will continue update as the investigation continues as well.

7/19/13 at 3:51 PM PST Scambook contacted CA Software (totaldefense) at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to remind them of the 72 posted complaints and to offer them advice on how to best address them. Scambook has reached out many times and received contact back, however Kumar Sadai (Manager, WW Support & Services) specifically said that they have no interest in resolving any of these complaints via the clearly outlined procedure. Aside form this fact, Scambook continues to stay persistent and vigilant and will continue to reach out until resolution is found. Updates will continue to be posted as the investigation continues.

Redwood City, CA 94065 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

7/1/13 at 4:57 PM PST Scambook called CA Software at 800 225-5224 to inform them of the developing situation with regard to the 72 posted complaints. They have been emailed and called numerous times and he not contacted back. SCambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

6/25/13 at 2:05 PM PST Scambook emailed CA Software at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to inform them again of the complaint posted about them and to offer insight on how to best address them. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the invesetigation continues.

6/13/13 at 1:59 PM PST Scambook emailed Ed Thomas of CA Software / Total Defense at [email protected] to remind him again of the posted complaints, and how to address them. Scambook has already made this knowledge known, but there has been no contact back and no action taken to address the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

6/4/13 at 10:13 at 10:05 AM PST Scambook emailed DRI*CA Software after speakiung with one of their reps on live chat. They said to send an email to [email protected] to inform them about the compleints. This was done and scambook will post any updates as they come in.

5/14/13 at 3:10 PM PST Scambook emailed CA Software at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to inform them of the complaints posted about them and informed them again of the need to address the posted complaints. They have been contact many times with details on how to address said complaints, but to dat e have failed to do so. Scambook continues to reach out and will update as things progress.

5/6/13 at 11:39 AM PST Scambook emailed CA Software at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] again to inform them that since our last contact on 4/29/13 there has been no cotnact back from them and no action taken to address the complaints. Scambook will cotninue to reach out and will continue to update.

4/29/13 Scambook got an email back from Jimmy Leo noting to contact Ed Thomas at [email protected] to address the coplaints. Scambook sent an email to Mr. Thomas on 4/29/13. Updates will be posted as the investigaiton continues.
