this time we do not require your services...." They have been informed of how to address the complaints, but have knowingly and willingly declined to do so. Scambook will maintain contact and will update as new information comes in.

6/4/13 at 10:35 AM PST Scambook reached out to Trant Harkness via email at [Personal Information Removed] to inform him again of the public complaints and the importance of addressing them. Scambook will continue to update as more information becomes available.

5/29/13 at 3:17 AM PST Scambook emailed John Clabburn of Polyair Inter Pack Inc. at [email protected] to ask him to contact Trent Hartness Dir of Mktg and have him contact us to address the posted complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will udpate as the investigation continues.

5/6/13 at 11:11 AM PST Scambook called PolyAir and spoke with John Clabburn at (416) 679-6600 and left a message for Trent Hartness to inform them of the complaints and to offer oslutions to address them. Scambook will cotninue to reach out and will update as more information comes in.

5/15/13 at 3:46 PM PST Scambook called Poly Air and the office was closed. Scambook will continue to follow up and will update as the investigation continues.

4/18/13 at 10:16 AM PST Scambook called John Clabburn at (416) 679-6600 and left a message informing him we were following up on our last contact on 4/12/13. Scambook will continue to reach out to help address the posted complaints and will update as more information becomes available.

4/12/13 at 12:59 APM PSt Scambook received a call from Ja rep at Poly Air and we spoke about the public profile, and the complaints posted. the rep requested an email with more information to address the complaints which was sent to him at [Personal Information Removed]. Scambook will continue to reach out as the investigation continues.

4/10/13 at 10:23 AM PST Scambook called Polyair Inter Pack Inc. at (416) 679-6600 and left a message for John Claburn (Customer Service Manager) stating we would like to speak with him to discuss the 48 complaints posted about them and to let them know how ot best address them. I sent an additional email to Polyair Inter Pack Inc. at [email protected] on 10/8/2012. In the email, I reminded them of the complaints and monetary damage reported to Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
