  • Scambook called Web Education Members regarding the consumer complaint on our site but, the number provided leads to an answering machine that eventually hangs up. We sent a detailed email regarding the consumer complaints and will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.

  • I contacted Web Education Members for a follow up at 10:51am by dialing (888) 201-0028 and spoke with Alex. I informed Alex of the profile and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. Alex transferred me to Cindy, one of the floor supervisors. I informed Cindy of the updated profile information. Cindy stated that she would not be the person to look into this and took down my contact information to submit to her managers for further investigation and a callback. I also sent an email to [email protected] with updated profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.
