On 05/08/13 I contacted Zynga.com via email to [email protected] fully informing Zynga.com of their public Scambook profile and posted complaint along with all of my contact information, if Zynga.com wishes to offer any level of customer service regarding the complaint.

Company contact information was updated.

March 6th, 2013 at 4:45 p.m. PST

Scambook forwarded information to Facebook On Yahoo, regarding user submitted information on Scambook.com.

A email outlining the profile on Scambook has been sent to [email protected].

Company received their 50th complaint.

On 11/29/2012 at 11:20am PST, I contacted Zynga by dialing (800) 762-2530. I spoke with Stephanie who informed me that my request to speak to someone would be handled from a contact form on Zyna.com I was unable to locate a contact form.

On 11/29/2012 Scambook mailed Zynga.com Facebook a letter, via First Class Mail, to 699 8th Street
San Francisco, CA 94103 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 10/22/2012 at 9:15AM PST I dialed (800) 762-2530 to contact Zynga.com. I was transferred over to yet another supervisor name Sheri this time. Even though I had never spoke to Sheri before Sheri was well aware of who I was and what I was calling about. Sheri stated there was a file with all of my information and contact information and that it had already been passed on to upper management at Zynga.com. I asked Sheri why I have been waiting since the beginning of October 2012 for a return phone call as promised by many supervisors at Zynga.com and Sheri could not provide any kind of explanation. Sheri was able to give me and excuse that she is not the one that needs to handle this situation. Sheri did however promise me that a decision maker at Zynga.com would be contacting me back regarding these unresolved customer complaints. I made Sheri fully aware of how Scambook documents each interaction with Zynga.com on their public profile and the public can judge what kind of company Zynga.com is and the level of customer service they provide, if any. I will update as this investigation progresses.

On 10/18/2012 at 10:00AM PST I dialed (800) 762-2530 to contact Zynga.com. This was my second follow up call with Zynga.com and my third time calling since 10/9/2012. Melissa took my call and I asked to speak with a supervisor, specifically Carl or Stephanie. Melissa stated she had my information in Zynga.com's system already and I would be getting a return phone call from the appropriate person at Zynga.com soon. Melissa verified they had all the correct contact information and Zynga.com did. I also informed Melissa that every contact Scambook makes to Zynga.com is publicly recorded on their profile so that consumers can see Scambook's efforts in attempting to get resolution and how Zynga.com handles complaints. Will update everyone as this investigation continues.

On 10/17/2012 at 11:48AM PST I dialed (800) 762-2530 to contact Zynga.com. Stephanie answered my call and I asked her to speak to a supervisor named Carl as Carl was already familiar with the purpose of my call as I spoke with him last. Stephanie stated that Carl was not available but she would put another supervisor on the phone with me. Stephanie transferred me to her supervisor named Stephanie as well. I fully informed the supervisor Stephanie of Zynga.com's public profile on Scambook with the current unresolved customer complaints. I also informed Stephanie that I previously spoke with Carl and was expecting a follow up call from Zynga.com by now based upon what Carl told me. Supervisor Stephanie promised me a return call today and stated most likely within the hour. I will update everyone as the investigation continues.

At 2:43PM PST I contacted Zynga.com by dialing (800) 762-2530. Bridgette in customer service answered my call initially who transferred me to her supervisor Carl. I fully informed Carl of Zynga.com's public profile on Scambook along with all of the current customer complaints. Carl took all of my contact information and stated he would escalate this to the appropriate party at Zynga.com.
