On 05/20/2016Capital Advance, LLC signed up for ScamBook Business Resolve.

I attempted to contact Capital Advance, LLC at [email protected] on 8/12/2013. My email was immediately sent back to my inbox as being invalid.

I made additional calls to Capital Advance, LLC on 7/9/2013. Both contact numbers provided remain out of service.

I attempted to contact Capital Advance LLC on 7/3/2013. The phone numbers provided are no longer in service.

Company contact information was updated.

I contacted Capital Advance LLC at (866) 766-1710 and (866) 789-3114 on 6/25/2013. Both phone numbers provided were no longer in service.

On 06/14/2013 Scambook mailed Capital Advance, LLC a letter, via Certified Mail, to

informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 03/25/13 at 5:05 PM PST I dialed (866) 766-1710 to contact Capital Advance, LLC. The number only gave me a busy signal and would not connect. I have sent a follow up email to [email protected] trying to contact Capital Advance, LLC.

Scambooks First Class Mail Notification Letter was returned to out office as not deliverable.

I attempted to follow up with Capital Advance on 10/25/2012 at 2:15pm PST by dialing (866) 766-1710. I spoke with Veronica #361 in customer support and requested to get in contact with a decision maker from Capital Advance. Veronica put me on the phone with her supervisor Harry who was unable to state if Capital Advance would be resolving with their consumers on Scambook. Harry took down my contact information and said that I would be receiving a call back with a response from the company. I will continue to update our users as this situation continues to develop.

I called Capital Advance LLC at 866-766-1710 on 10/18/2012. Unfortunately, no one was available to take my call, but I did leave a voice mail. In the message, I alerted them to the public profile that has been posted to Scambook. I await their call back.

I called Capital Advance at 866-766-1710 on 9/14/2012. I spoke with a Rep named Tony Sanchez and alerted him to the complaints on Scambook. He told me he would be transferring me to his Manager. After being on hold for several minutes, the call got disconnected. I called back and spoke to another Rep and after putting me on hold several times, she told me her Supervisor was busy. I finally just gave my information to have someone call me back. I await the call and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
