  • I contacted American Standard Online on 11/26/2012 at 3:12pm PST by dialing (877) 395-1296. I spoke with Crystal who was unable to assist and instructed me to send the company an email. American Standard Online did not express any interest in addressing their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook.

  • On 10/03/2012 at 10:21am PST I contacted AmericanStandardOnline by dialing (877) 395-1296 and spoke with Austin. He transferred me to a supervisor who took down a detailed message for a proper decision maker and I am currently waiting a reply.

  • On 10/02/2012 Scambook mailed AmericanStandardOnline a letter, via First Class Mail, to 35 West Main Street
    Suite B #106
    Ventura , CA 93001 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

  • I called American Standard Online at (877) 395-1296 on 9/14/2012. I spoke with manager about the public profile that was created on Scambook. I have sent information on how to resolve the complaints to the manager. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
