On 5/09/2013 at 8:27 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing Derma Science of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 4/23/2013 at 10:20 AM PST I dialed (855) 256-2876 to contact Derma Science. I was on hold for over 5 minutes and disconnected the call. I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully outlining the posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

Scambook forwarded information to Derma Science, regarding user submitted information on Scambook. Contact information has been included to assist any decision maker at Derma Science in resolving the posted complaints, if they wish to provide any kind of customer service to their consumers.

On 11/14/2012 Scambook mailed Derma Science - Rainmaker Europe Ltd a letter, via First Class Mail, to Riverview House, Weyside Park, Catteshall Lane
Godalming GU7 1XE informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I followed up with Derma Science at 855-256-2876 on 11/9/2012. I spoke with Mike and inquired why Scambook has not received a call back from a decision maker at Derma Science. Mike did not have an answer for me. He advised me the best thing to do was to keep on waiting and someone will eventually call me back. I requested contact information to their corporate office and he informed me they did not divulge such information.

On 11/02/2012 Scambook mailed Derma Sciences a letter, via First Class Mail, to 214 Carnegie Center Suite 300
Princeton, NJ 08540 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I contacted Derma Science on 10/12/2012 at 10:58am PST by dialing (855) 256-2876. I spoke with a supervisor named Mike who stated that he would escalate my call to the corporate office. I left Mike my contact information and I am currently waiting for a response.

Scambook contacted Derma Science via email at [email protected]. The email includes more details about the information on Scambook.com.

On September 26th, 2012 at 9:18 p.m. Scambook contacted Derma Science at (855) 256-2876. I spoke with Richie (ID:0015) from customer service, informing him of user submitted claims, and of the public profile on Scambook.com. Richie was unaware of these claims; after taking down my information, he escalated the Scambook situation to higher management.
