Best Vacations Ever

I sent an additional email to Michelle at Best Vacations Ever on 8/28/2013. I let her know that there has still been no action taken on their complaints and new complaints have been added to their profile as well. I await her response and will update accordingly.

I have yet to receive a response from Michelle at Best Vacations Ever in regards to their numerous unresolved complaints and as to whether or not addressing these concerns are in their best interest.

I sent Michelle from Best Vacations Ever an additional email on 8/1/2013. I reminded her that her complaints still remain unresolved as well as the existence of numerous new complaints as well. I await her response.

I have yet to receive a response from Michelle at Best Vacations Ever in hopes of receiving a final decision as to whether or not Best Vacations Ever will be moving forward with our resolution process. I will make additional attempts in the coming days to contact Michelle and provide everyone with their decision.

I have yet to receive a definitive answer as to whether or not they will proceed with our resolution process and offer customer service to their consumers who have posted complaints onto Scambook.

I called the Preferred Guest Group dba Best Vacations Ever at 407-215-2099 on 4/24/2013. Unfortunately, no one was available, however, I did leave a voice mail. I detailed their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response.

I contacted Best Vacations Ever on 12/7/2012 at 11:06am PST. I spoke with a floor manager named Keith about the public profile and unresolved consumer complaints for the company on Scambook. I also provided Keith with information about our Business Resolve platform and the various options available to Best Vacations Ever. Keith said he would bring this to the attention of the proper people within the company to determine if the company would be addressing their profile.

I attempted to follow up at 2:28pm by dialing (407) 215-2099. This number is answered by an automated system. I was sent to a voicemail box that disconnects the call once it starts recording. I sent an email to [email protected] with profile information and my contact information. I also submitted an email in the email form on the website. I am currently waiting for a reply.
