Thred Up

Company received their 25th complaint.

Through my numerous attempts, I have yet to receive any form of response from Thred Up as of 7/24/2013.

Due to a lack of a response, I sent an email to Thred Up on 7/16/2013 to establish a line of communication with the business in order to determine their interest in resolving their complaints. I await their response.

I made an additional call to ThredUp on 7/8/2013. Again, no one was available, however, I did leave another voice mail. I did send another email as well in hopes of getting a response from the business in order to determine their interest in resolving their consumer complaints on Scambook.

On 07/03/2013 Scambook mailed Thred Up a letter, via Certified Mail, to 580 Market Street
4th Floor
San Francisco, CA 94104 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I made an additional call to Thred Up on 7/1/13. Again, they were unavailable, however, I did leave another voice mail with my contact information. I await their response.

On 6/28/2013 at 3:41 PM PST I sent another detailed email to [email protected] fully informing Thred Up of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses.

I contacted Thred Up at (617) 575-9676 on 6/25/2013. Unfortunately, no one was available, however, I did leave a voice mail. Additionally, I sent an email to [email protected] as well. I await their response.

On 05/15/13 at 9:16 AM PST I dialed (617) 575-9676 to contact Thred Up. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing Thred Up of their public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information.

On 5/13/2013 at 9:24 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing Thred Up of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 05/09/13 at 9:35 AM PST I dialed (617) 575-9676 to contact Thred Up. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing Thred Up about their public business profile and complaint on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing Thred Up about their public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

San Francisco, CA 94104 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

Company received their 10th complaint.

On 12/27/2012 at 2:40pm PST, I contacted Thred Up by dialing (617) 575-9676. I left a detailed follow up voice message.

I called Thred Up at (617) 575-09676 on 12/3/2012. Unfortunately, no one was available to take my call. I left a voice-mail in regards to the complaints posted on Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
