  • I called the Half Time Drill at 866-518-6137 on 11/13/2012. I spoke to a Supervisor named Mike. He was aware of the Scambook profile about their product. He informed me that the only way to reach Half Time Drill directly is through their PO Box. Mike was unable to provide me with additional information for their corporate office.

  • I called (866) 518-6137 and spoke with a customer service rep on 9/11/2012 regarding the complaints on Scambook. Supervisor was unavailable at 4:15 PM PST. Left a message with the customer service rep and awaiting for a reply back from Half Life Drill. I will continue to get in hold with someone and post further updates.
