  • I received a call from a representative at Roca Labs on 8/16/2013. We spoke briefly about their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. She expressed interest in resolving the complaints and requested I send her more information on how to do so. I sent her detailed information about our Business Resolve platform and our resolution process. Once she discusses the situation with her superiors, she will reach out to me. I await her response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I contacted Roca Labs on 12-07-12 at 11:46am PST by dialing (754) 300-6222 to inform the company about their public profile on Scambook. Unfortunately, I reached an answering machine, but I did leave a voice mail. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I called Roca Labs at 866-566-5288 on 11/28/2012. Unfortunately, it was an automated line with no live customer support. It directed me to go onto their website and submit a claim. I submitted an inquiry for their management and await their response.
