Company received their 100th complaint.

On 09/12/13 at 9:51 AM PST, I sent a detailed message to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to once again inform Vivexin of their high volume of public complaints. I have explained the process of complaint resolution, and gave them full instructions on how to resolve these complaints. In addition, I left all of my direct contact information if Vivexin has any interest in resolving their complaints.

On 08/19/13 I dialed (503) 295-7350 to contact Vivexin. I spoke to Louis, who told me his role at Vivexin was the "jack of all traits". I asked him if he received any of my past voice mails and he said he has received several voice mails from Scambook. Then I asked him if Vivexin is willing to address their complaints. He said Vivexin is not willing to address these complaints on Scambook. I then repeated a few times how Vivexin could create a free account for Scambook and comment directly under these complaints to re-direct all of their consumers to Vivexin directly. Each time, Louis said he had no interest in responding to these complaints because they were not directed through the appropriate channel. I urged him to reconsider and Louis denied my request each time. At this time, Vivexin is not willing to resolve any complaints on Scambook nor do they want to provide any level of customer service at this time.

On 8/6/2013 9:00 AM PST, I dialed (503) 295-7350, and left a follow-up voice mail for Extn 102, informing Vivexin of their high level of complaints posted on Scambook. I then sent a follow-up email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] . Again, I fully informed Vivexin of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information if Vivexin has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 7/29/2013 9:07 AM PST, I dialed (503) 295-7350 to contact Vivexin. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail for Ext. 102, informing Vivexin about their public business profile and complaint on Scambook. I also sent an email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] informing Vivexin of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints provided my direct contact information if Vivexin has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 3/11/2013 at 9:50am PST, I contacted Vivexin by dialing (800) 371-0168. I spoke with a customer service representative named Amy. She explained that every supervisor was in a meeting. She was only able to take a message to be forwarded to management.

On 01/29/2013 at 8:35am PST, I attempted to contact Vivexin. by dialing (503) 295-7350. The call went to voice mail and a message was left.
