  • On 9.10.2013 at 2:14 PM PST I dialed (888) 306-5968 to contact Metro Entertainment. I reached a representative named Mike. I fully informed Mike of the 13 posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Metro Entertainment on Scambook. Mike would not transfer me to a supervisor because I am not, "a cardholder", even though I was calling to inform a supervisor or decision maker of their consumers (cardholders) that have made public complaints against them. Mike told me to email [email protected]; which I did. I fully outlined Metro Entertainment's public consumer complaints via email and am waiting for a response. I have provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

I was unable to reach a live representative. Julia took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she will pass it on to a supervisor who will get back to me. She also provided me with the email address: [email protected]. I sent a detailed email to [email protected]; fully informing Metro Entertainment of their posted consumer complaints via email. I sent an email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and they all bounced back except for the email to [email protected]. I received a bounce back email from all of the above email addresses. I will attempt to call the business again next week.

  • I called Metro Entertainment at 888-306-5968 on 4/1/2013. Unfortunately, no one was available, however, I did leave a voice mail. I alerted Metro Entertainment to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response.

  • I called Metro Entertainment at (888) 306-5968 on 10/8/2012. The automated machine was giving options for customers. I could not reach a live operator or person. I will make further attempts to contact Metro Entertainment and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
