  • 3/11/13 at 11:20 AM PST I emailed GameHouse.com at [email protected] and also followed up with an email via their online email submission form located here: http://support.gamehouse.com/app/ask to keep them informed of the complaints posted about them, the damages reported and let them know exactly how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints. I will continue to follow up and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

  • 3/7/13 at 3:53 PM PST I called GameHouse.com at (206) 674-2700 and was unable to connect with a person. I followed up, again, with an email to [email protected] to keep tem updated with the complaints filed against them, the damages reported and let them know that this may get escalated if no action is taken to address the complaints. I will follow up and update again as the investigation continues.

I informed them of the 10 complaints filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints.   • 2/27/13 I called GameHouse and there was no answer. I followed up to inform them that unless addressed, this will move through the escalation process and eventually arrive at government relationships. I will continues to follow up and update as the investigation continues.

  • 2/8/13 I called GameHouse.com at (206) 674-2700 and it was the same recording i've got before. I will call again 2/11/13 and update with any new information.

  • 2/5/13 I called GameHouse.com at (206) 674-2700 to which there was a recording and no message. I was following up to discuss with them the escalation process and inform them that scambook.com has the capability to work with attorney generals in all 50 states, the FTC and FCC as well as move to government relationships. I followed up with an email to [email protected] to send them the information and will update when there is a reply / more info available.

  • Called gamehouse.com on 1/15/13 at 3:00pm PSt and spoke with a customer service rep. I explained that I had already sent an email to them and was following up on it to find the best person to speak with who could address the complaints filed against them. I was transferred to a phone tree where there was no option to speak to a rep. will follow up and update as more information becomes available.

    Seattle, WA 98121 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.
