  • On 4/1/2013 at 11:29 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected], and [email protected] fully informing Experian of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I left all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response.

  • On 3/25/2013 at 4:33pm PST, I contacted Experian by dialing (714) 830-7000. I was transferred to Rick Haus' voice mail and left a detailed message.

  • On 3/7/2013 at 11:10am PST, I contacted Experian in regards to this and other profiles on Scambook by dialing (877) 297-7790. I explained that the Scambook has been attempting to contact Experian for a number of months with no reply. I was provided an physical mailing address and have had a Letter of Request sent.

  • On 11/05/2012 Scambook mailed Experian Credit Report Info Exd.com a letter, via First Class Mail, to 475 Anton Blvd.
    Costa Mesa, CA 92626-7036 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

  • I contacted Experian on 10/23/2012 at 4:09pm PST by dialing (714) 830-7000. I spoke with a receptions named Claire who transferred my call to the Public Relations department of the company. Unfortunately I received a voice mail and had to leave a message for a call back. I provided all of my contact information and I am currently waiting for a response. I will continue to update our users as this situation continues to develop.

  • Scambook contacted Experian on 08/28/2012 at 3:22pm PST. After speaking with a secretary from Experian, I was transferred to the company's media department. Because no one was available at that time, a message was left on the departments voice mail. Scambook is currently waiting for a response from Experian.
