On 11/21/2012 at 3:05pm PST, I contacted Rebategiant by dialing (888) 228-5348. I spoke with Daniel Escobar in customer service in regards to my request to speak to a member of the corporate team at Rebategiant. He informed me that he would be more then willing to transfer me if I called him at 9am to 5pm EST. I informed Daniel that I have heard this before and update the public each time I am unable to reach corporate. I will attempt back during those hours.

On 11/09/2012 at 9:47am PST, I contacted RebateGiant.com by dialing (888) 228-5348. I spoke with Sylvia and informed her of my conversation yesterday with Claire. I was placed on hold twice awaiting a transfer to the corporate office. Sylvia informed me the line was busy and asked me to call back. I was alarmed that my call would not progress and Sylvia assured me that a supervisor would call me back and now I am awaiting that call.

On 11/01/2012 at 10:19am PST, I contacted RebateGiant.com by dialing (888) 228-5348. I spoke with Daniel in customer service and asked to be sent to the corporate office. Daniel transferred my call to Valerie another customer service representative who was not able to transfer my call to corporate, but took my contact information.

On 10/29/2012 at 2:40pm PST, I contacted Rebate Giant by dialing (888) 228-5348. I spoke with Nathan. He said that if were I to call between 8am to 5pm EST his office would be more than happy to transfer my call to a corporate office.

On 9/28/2012 at 10:49am PST I contacted Rebategiant.com by dialing (888) 228-5348 and spoke with Dianne. I informed Dianne of the public business profile on Scambook and she took my contact information to be forwarded to the proper management department.
