On 09/25/13 at 10:56 AM PST, I dialed (888) 262-0830 to contact HSS Coach Network to follow up with the Member Services Manager, John. John is fully aware of the complaints of HSS Coach Network and said he would have to speak to his executives and then call be back. I still have heard a response from John, but I did leave a message with Eugene, a customer service representative for HSS Coach Network. Eugene stated that he took down my contact information and he will pass it along to the appropriate dept.

On 09/18/13 at 9:40 AM PST, I dialed (888) 262-0830 to contact HSS Coach Network. I spoke to Jasmine whom I informed of my previous phone conversation with the manager of member services, John. I fully informed Jasmine of the public complaints for HSS Coach Network, and stressed the importance of getting these complaints addressed. Jasmine stated that she took down my contact information, and that she would pass it along to John.

On 09/10/13 at 10:53 PM PST, I dialed (888) 568-8323 to contact HSS Coach Network. Priscilla, customer service representative at HSS Coach Network. I fully informed Priscilla of the public business profile and posted consumer complaints for HSS Coach Network. I explained that Scambook was expecting a call from Roosevelt but never received a call back. Priscilla put me on a brief hold and came back to inform me that Roosevelt did not work for HSS Coach Network anymore. She then asked for my contact information, which i provided her with, and she stated that she would pass it along to her upper management.

Scambook called HSS Coach Network at (866) 532-7224 regarding the consumer complaints. We were informed by a rep that a manager named Roosevelt would return our call. We are waiting for that call and will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.
