  • On 7/12/13 at 1:45 PM, I dialed (646) 862-2841 to contact Roomster. I was not able to reach direct contact or a voice mail. I then went onto their website, Roomster.com and filled out their contact form and wrote an email to [email protected] that informed Roomster, of their public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I left my direct contact information if Roomster has any interest in resolving these complaints.

  • I called Roomster at 646-862-2841 on 5/16/2013. Unfortunately, no one was available, however, I did leave a voice mail on their customer comment line. I alerted Roomster to their public profile and growing number consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response.

  • I made an additional call to Roomster at 646-862-2841 on 2/20/2013. Again, no live operator was there to direct my call, however, I did leave an additional voice mail. I reminded Roomster of their public profile and growing number of consumer complaints being posted to Scambook. I await their response.
