I made an additional call to ClickSure at 888-853-3688 on 7/2/2013. I again spoke to a supervisor regarding their unresolved compalints. He reiterated that ClickSure had no interest in working with Scambook.

I called ClickSure at 888-853-3688 on 6/11/2013. I spoke to a supervisor and alerted him to their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. He was aware of the complaints and stated that ClickSure has no interest in working with Scambook. I requested to speak with a decision maker or someone from their upper management to hear it from them directly and he stated there was no one else I could speak with.

Scambook update:
Scambook forwarded information to ClickSure, regarding user submitted information on Scambook. Contact information has been included to assist any decision maker at ClickSure in resolving the posted complaints, if they wish to provide any kind of customer service to their consumers.

Scambook attempted to reach On Click Sure regarding consumer complaints on our site. A billing support representative named ANNA answered our call. We notified her of consumer complaints on our site and she notified us that she could not give us any further information. She took down our information and let us know that she would pass along the information to the corporate office. Currently Scambook is waiting for a call or email from On Click Sure and will update as the situation unfolds.

I attempted to contact ClickSure on 10/8/2012 at 10:08am PST by dialing +44 11 5933 8340. I received an automated message stating that all lines were currently busy and to try my call again later.

I emailed ClickSure at [email protected] and [email protected] on 9/18/2012. In the email, I detailed the complaints and monetary damage posted on Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
