JST Merchant Services

Due to a lack of a response, I sent additional emails to JST Merchant Services on 9/23/2013. I have still yet to receive a response from the business at this time.

I made an additional call to JST Merchant Services 866-706-4763 on 9/17/2013. Again, no one was available, and an additional voice mail was left. I await their response.

I sent additional emails to JST Merchant Services on 9/10/2013. I alerted the business to their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response and will update accordingly.

I made an additional call to JST Merchant Services at 866-706-4763 on 9/3/2013. Unfortunately, no one was available, however, I did leave a voice mail. I alerted the business to their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response.

Company received their 25th complaint.

I have still yet to receive any response to my numerous inquiries from JST Merchant Services as of 8/27/2013. Their website is no longer operational as well.

I sent emails to JST Merchant Services at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] on 8/20/2013 to establish a line of communication with the business in order to determine their interest in resolving their complaints. I await their response.

I contacted JST Merchant Services at 602-626-5700 on 8/13/2013. I requested to speak with someone regarding their consumer complaints, however, that person was unavailable. I asked if I had reached the business directly, but I was told that they were a third party call center that handled customer service for multiple businesses.

I received an email from [email protected] on 7/16/2013 stating that JST Merchant Services is no longer in business.

I made an additional call to JST Merchant Services at 602-626-5700 on 7/16/2013. I spoke with a representative from the business regarding their unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. She took down my contact information to pass of to her manager, however, she refused to acknowledge whether or not I had called a call center or the business directly.

I made an additional call to JST Merchant Services at 866-706-4763 on 7/9/2013. Unfortunately, no one was available, however, I did leave a voice mail. I alerted them to their public profile and consumer complaints on Scambook. I await their response.

I made an additional call to JST Merchant Services on 7/3/2013. I again spoke with Angela and requested to speak with a manager or one of the owners. She stated that due to the upcoming holiday everyone was out for the rest of the week. I will make further attempts to contact the proper parties at JST Merchant Services in order to determine their interest in resolving their complaints on Scambook.

I contacted JST Merchant Services by dialing 866-706-4763 on 6/25/2013. I spoke to a customer service representative by the name of Angela and alerted her to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. Angela then took down my contact information in order to have the proper party return my call. I await their response.

I called JST Merchant Services at 866-706-4763 on 5/23/2013. The phone number provided is no longer in service.

On 5/17/2013 at 2:00 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected], and [email protected] fully informing JST Merchant Services of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information.
