  • On 01/28/2013 at 4:00pm PST, I attempted to contact EastCoHelp.com by dialing (866) 931-4307. I reached 24/7 support based in Miami Florida. The only information the representative would provide is [email protected].

  • I called EastCoHelp.com at 866-931-4307 on 9/6/2012. I spoke to a Supervisor who informed me that they were a third party support line and the best way to contact the right people was to email them at [email protected]. In the email, I detailed the complaints and monetary damage reported on Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
