Reader's Digest

As of 8/15/2013, I have yet to receive any additional responses from Marsha at Reader's Digest regarding their complaints.

I received a response from Marsha at Reader's Digest on 8/1/2013. She stated that she is getting her boss up to speed on the situation and will contact me with any questions on their end. I await their responses and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

As of 7/25/2013, I have yet to receive a response from Marsha or any other representative from Reader's Digest in regards to their consumer complaints.

I made an additional call to Reader's Digest on 7/18/2013. I spoke with Marsha briefly and she has yet had the chance to speak with her manager regarding their complaints on Scambook. She told me she would return my call once they had their meeting. I await her response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I made an additional call to Reader's Digest on 7/10/2013. I requested to speak with Marsha, whom I spoke with last week regarding their Scambook profile and unresolved consumer complaints. Marsha was out of the office and would not be returning until next week. I will made further attempts to contact her and determine whether or not Reader's Digest is interested in resolving their complaints.

I contacted Reader's Digest by dialing 800-934-0977 on 7/2/2013. I spoke with Marsha regarding their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. Marsha requested I sent her more information via email regarding the profile and how Scambook can help. I await her response.

I emailed Reader's Digest on 6/25/2013. I alerted them to their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response.

On 05/15/13 I contacted Reader's Digest via email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] informing Reader's Digest of their public Scambook profile and posted complaint along with all of my contact information, if Reader's Digest wishes to offer any level of customer service regarding the complaint.

On 03/28/2012 Scambook mailed Reader's Digest a letter, via Certified Mail, to 560 Supreme Drive
Bensenville, IL 60106-1122 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 4/9/2013 Scambook First Class Mail notification letter was returned to our office as not deliverable.

I called Reader's Digest at 800-934-0977 on 1/22/2013. I spoke with a supervisor and alerted her to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. She will be taking a more detailed look at the profile and giving me a call back to determine what course of action they want to take. I await their response.

Bensenville, IL 60106-1122 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I contacted READERS DIGEST at 10:08am by dialing (800) 310-2181 and spoke with Sophie. I informed Sophie of the profile for READERS DIGEST. Sophie took down my contact information and stated that she would send this information to the head office for further investigation.
