  • I called BMC Doubleday Book at (717) 697-0311 on 10/29/2012. The operator nor a customer service rep was available to take my call. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • At 9:25am PST I spoke with Karen, a customer support supervisor. She was unaware of the public profile that was had been created for DoubleDay book and said she was be passing this information on to a proper decision maker with the company. Scambook is currently waiting for a response.
