I sent additional emails to AJ Richies on 9/23/2013. I alerted the business to their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I made an additional attempt to contact AJ Richies at 9/16/2013. Again, I was on hold for several minutes and eventually disconnected the call. At this point, I have been unable to contact the business in regards to their unresolved consumer complaints and whether or not they have interest in resolution.

I attempted to contact AJ Richies at 888-871-1256 on 9/9/2013. After being on hold for several minutes, I disconnected the call. I was unable to contact the business at this time and I will be making additional attempts in the future.

I emailed AJ Richies at [email protected] on 8/19/2013 to establish a line of communication with the business in order to determine their interest in resolving their complaints. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

On 4/9/2013 at 3:30pm PST, I attempted to contact AJ Richies by dialing (888) 871-1256. My call was not answered and a voice mail was unavailable. A email has been sent to [email protected].

I contacted AJ Richies at 10:54am by dialing (718) 679-9937. This number led to dead air. I then dialed (888) 871-1256 and a representative picked up. I introduced myself and the representative immediately disconnected the call. I sent an email to [email protected] with updated profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

Zak--On 11/29/2012 at 3:25PM PST I dialed (888) 871-1256 to contact AJ Richies. Erik answered my call and I fully informed Erik of AJ Richies public profile on Scambook along with their many current unresolved customer complaints. Erik placed me on hold while he involved his upper management to address my call appropriately. After Erik fully informed upper management of my call and concerns Erik informed me that AJ Richies does not care about any customer complaint posted of Scambook and will not be offering any kind of resolution to any of their customers that have any complaints about their experience with AJ Richies.

I called AJ Richies at 888-871-1256 on 11/29/2012. I asked to speak to a manager but they had left for the day. I was told to call back tomorrow before 6PM EST. I will be calling AJ Richies again tomorrow and attempt to speak to a manager.

I contacted AJ Richies at 12:06pm by dialing (888) 871-1256 and spoke with a representative. I informed him of the profile and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. He transferred me to a voicemail box. The voicemail box was full and would not allow me to leave a message. I sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected] with profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

As soon as I stated that I was calling from Scambook, he disconnected the call. I sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected] with profile information and my contact information.
