On 9.24.2013 at 10:50 AM PST I dialed (866) 216-9336 to contact AuraVie.com. I was on hold for over 5 minutes and was not connected to a live representative. I also sent a detailed email to: [email protected], once again urging them to respond to me as soon as possible in regards to their consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 9.10.2013 at 1:47 PM PST I dialed (866) 216-9336 to contact AuraVie.com. I spoke to a representative named Daisy. I fully informed Daisy of Auravie.com's 542 posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. Daisy took down all of my direct contact information and stated she will pass it on to a supervisor. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway. I also sent a detailed email to: [email protected], once again urging them to respond to me as soon as possible in regards to their consumer complaints.

On 9/5/2013 at 10:00 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing AuraVie.com once again of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses. I also dialed (866)-216-9336 to contact Auravie.com, I was on hold for over 10 minutes and disconnected the call.

On 8/27/2013 at 10:42 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing AuraVie.com of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses. I also dialed (888) 997-2941, (866) 216-9336, and (866) 523-4193 to contact Auravie. The first two numbers, I was on hold for over 10 minutes, and the last one, i was unable to reach a representative. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 8/20/2013 at 9:46 AM PST I dialed (866)-216-9336 to AuraVie.com. I spoke to a representative named Thai. I fully informed Thai of AuraVie.com's 531 posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided Thai with all of my direct contact information and she stated a supervisor will be getting back to me. I am waiting for a response from a supervisor and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 8/14/2013 at 5:08 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] following up with AuraVie.com in regards to their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses. I also dialed (866) 216-9336, but was unable to reach a live representative after hours. I will call again later this week if there is no response until then.

On 8/5/2013 at 11:42 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing AuraVie.com of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses. I also dialed (866)-216-933 and reached a representative named John. John is fully informed of the 520 posted consumer complaints and stated that Auravie will reach back out to me with an answer if they'd like to move forward or not soon. They are still looking into the situation. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 7/24/2013 at 1:34 PM PST I dialed (866)-216-9336 to contact AuraVie.com. I spoke to a representative named Moses. I explained to Moses that I had missed a call from a supervisor while I was out to lunch and Moses took down all of my direct contact information and stated that he will pass it on once again. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 7/24/2013 at 11:21 AM PST I dialed (866)-216-9336 to contact AuraVie.com. I spoke to a representative named Jackie. I fully informed Jackie of the 505 posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Auravie.com on Scambook. Jackie took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she will pass it on to upper management. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 7/18/2013 at 3:58 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected], and [email protected] fully informing AuraVie.com of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses.

Company received their 500th complaint.

As of 07/12/13 Scambook has received no response from AuraVie.com.

On 07/03/13 I contacted AuraVie.com via email to [email protected], [email protected] informing AuraVie.com of their public Scambook profile and posted complaint along with all of my contact information, if AuraVie.com wishes to offer any level of customer service regarding the complaint.

Company contact information was updated.

Scambook called AuraVie.com at (866) 216-2941 regarding the consumer complaints and left a detailed voice message. An email was also sent through their site and currently we are waiting for a call or email back. We will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.
