As of 07/22/13, Scambook still has not received a response from Smart Shoppers Savings Club.

On 07/11/2013 at 4:56 PM PST, I sent a second detailed email to [email protected]. Again, I informing Smart Shoppers Savings Club of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information if Smart Shoppers Savings Club has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 07/05/13 at 4:11 PM PST, I dialed (855) 396-3236 to contact Smart Shoppers Savings Club. I spoke to Michelle whom I fully informed of Smart Shoppers Savings Club's public profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I informed her that I have contacted the company before and that none of my calls have been returned. Michelle stated she recorded my direct information and will have someone in administration call me back to address these complaints.

I provided all of my direct contact information if Smart Shoppers Savings Club has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 3/22/2013 I contacted Smart Shoppers Savings Club by dialing (877) 398-7805. A detailed message was taken and I was told to await a call back. As of 3/25/2013 I have yet to receive it.

I contacted Smart Shoppers Savings Club at 10:15am by dialing (877) 398-7805 and spoke with Roxy. I informed Roxy of the profile and of my previous attempts to contact their company. I asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this matter. After placing me on a brief hold, Roxy stated that no managers were currently available to take me call. She took down my contact information and submitted it for a callback today. I sent an email to [email protected] with updated profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a response.

At 12:17pm, Lorenzo from Smart Shoppers Savings Club returned my phone call. I spoke to Lorenzo about the updated profile and new complaints submitted for their company. Lorenzo asked for my email address and stated that he would be talking to his manager and Josie for further investigation of the matter. I was also provided a direct email address to send profile information to them. I sent an email with the updated information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I attempted to contact Smart Shoppers Savings Club at 10:49am by dialing (877) 398-7805 and spoke with Mary. I immediately asked to speak with Josie in regards to the profile. Mary stated that Josie was not in the office today. I then asked to speak with the current supervisor on the floor and Mary stated that all supervisors were currently busy and unable to take my call at this time. I informed Mary of the updated profile information and the additional complaints submitted since I last spoke with Josie. Mary stated that she could take down my contact information and submit it to the current supervisors and Josie for a callback. After providing my contact information, I asked Mary for an email address to send profile information to and she stated that she did not have one. I will be following up tomorrow if I do not receive a callback today.

I contacted Smart Shoppers Savings Club at 2:35pm by dialing (877)398-7805 and first spoke with customer service representative Kim. I asked to speak with a manager on duty and was transferred to Josie. I informed Josie of the profile for Smart Shoppers Savings Club. Josie was unaware that the profile existed and stated that she would report this to her manager. She asked that I callback and speak with her at a later time and date to follow up but did not specify an exact date. I will schedule a callback for 9/13/12.
