  • On 11/27/2012, Scambook has received an email from Charlotte at Telebrands via [email protected] and at, 973-244-0300 ext 359 expressing that Telebrands is aware of the consumer complaints on Scambook. However, they are currently not interested in resolving the complaints on Scambook.

  • I called TeleBrands.com at 973-244-0300 on 9/12/2012. I spoke to a Supervisor named Andrea and alerted her to the complaints posted to Scambook. She informed me that the best way to contact the proper channel would be to send an email to [email protected]. In the email, I detailed the complaints and monetary damage posted to Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
