An email update was sent to OurTime on 3/26/2013 informing the business about their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. I am currently waiting for a response from the company and will update our users if there are any developments regrading this profile.

3/5/13 at 1!:05 AM PST a call was placed to Ourtime.com at (866) 727-8920 at which point contact was made with Rebecca (Rep) who ended up escalating the call to her supervisor Carolina. I spoke with her directly and she said she was contacting her corporate office as we were on the phone. She insisted that this will get handled and I will receive a call within 24 hours from someone who is capable of addressing the complaints. I will continues to follow up and will be sure to update as the investigation continues.

2/28/13 at 8:57am PST I called People Media (Ourtime.com) at (866) 727-8920 and there was a menu to select options but every time I tried to select an option, it would not enter it. I tried multiple times with no success. I am still waiting for a response from Ms. Erica Davis from people media. I have spoke numerous times to Steven (manager) and he assures me she has my contact info and is the point person regarding the 120 complaints filed against them. I will continue to follow up and will update as the investigation continues.

2/19/13 I called Peoplemedia and spoke with Valerie who took all my information again, said she would let Steven (supervisor) know I am calling again, and would make sure they get back in touch with me. I spoke with Steven and he said he will once again contact Erica Davis and his supervisors to see about getting these complaints resolved or disputed. I will update when I have more information.

Reached out again to peoplemedia.com and the business was closed ofr the presidents day holiday. I will follow up and update this week.

2/12/13 I called OurTime.com (peoplemedia.com) and spoke with a rep there who said yet again I need to get in touch with Eric Davis to begin resolving the complaints. I sent her anothe email to [ information removed ] and let her know again about the complaints and informed her how to contact me. I will update as things progress.

2/7/13 I called Poeplemedia at (866) 727-8920 and spoke with a customer service rep Delani first who transferred me to Steven. He said he still has my info and would be getting in touch with Erica Davis (who is in charge of handling consumer complaints) and have her get back to me. I will follow up as the investigation continues.

2/6/13 I received a call from the rep Steve from parent company peoplemedia.com. He said Erica Davis (PR) has got my information and is expecting an email from me so we can begin to address the complaints. I sent her the email with al the info about the complaints, the damages reported and how to contact me to resolve or dispute. I will follow up as the investigation continues.

Company received their 100th complaint.

At 3:10pm PSt on 1/14/13 I called ourtime.com and the business was closed. I followed up with an email to both customercare@peoplemedia.com, and copyright@peoplemedia.com to inform them about the complaint filed against the company, the damages reported and how they can contact me to discuss resolution options. I will update when more information is available.

On 10/19/2012 Scambook mailed Our Time Dating Service a letter, via First Class Mail, to PO Box 12627
Dallas, TX 75225 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I contacted OurTime on 10/10/2012 at 2:40pm PST by dialing (866) 727-8920. I spoke with Andreas who was unaware of the profile for OurTime on Scambook. Andreas instructed me to send an email to the proper department with People Media so they could take a look at the profile.

I contacted OurTime.com 50+ seniors dating service at 3:11pm by dialing (866) 727-8920 and spoke with Louis. I informed Louis of the profile for OurTime.com 50+ seniors dating service. Louis took down information in regards to the profile as well as my contact information and stated that he would be submitting it to his managers for further investigation.

On 10/02/2012 Scambook mailed OurTime.com 50+ seniors dating service a letter, via First Class Mail, to P.O. Box 25458
Dallas, TX 75225 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I called and emailed OurTime.com on 9/18/2012. Unfortunately, the phone number and email provided were invalid. It would be greatly appreciated if someone had a valid email address or phone number for OurTime.com.
