I sent additional emails to Emerald Lux at [email protected] and [email protected] on 8/15/2013. I alerted the business to their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I emailed Emerald Lux at [email protected] and [email protected] to establish a line of communication with the business in order to determine their interest in resolving their complaints. I await their response.

I made an additional call to Emerald Lux on 7/2/2013. I spoke briefly with Brian and he was well aware of their Scambook profile and has spoken with us several times. I asked to speak with their upper management and he said that he has submitted our information numerous times and a lack of a response should be taken as a sign that Emerald Lux has no interest in resolving their complaints.

On 6.27.2013 at 1:48 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected]; following up with them to see if they are interested in addressing their posted consumer complaints and pubic business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 6/18/2013 at 1:31 PM PST I dialed (888) 412-6086 to contact Emerald Lux. I spoke to a supervisor named Brian. Brian is fully informed of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Emerald Lux on Scambook. He took down all of my direct contact information and stated that he will pass it on to his upper management. Emerald Lux is looking further into the complaints. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 6/14/2013 at 10:59 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] fully informing Emerald Electronic Cigarettes of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses.

I called Emerald Lux at 888-412-6086 on 6/11/2013. I spoke with Diana and alerted her to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. After putting me on a brief hold, Diana notified me that her manager was out to lunch and she would have him call me back when he returns. I await his response.

I called Emerald Lux at 888-412-6086 on 10/23/2012. I spoke to a Manger named Bill. I alerted him to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. He needs to discuss addressing the complaints on Scambook with his Co-Manager and will call me back. I await his response.
