4/22/13 at 10:57 AM PST Scambook emailed EPM SkinRevive at [email protected] to inform them of the escalation process. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

4/10/13 at 1:48 PM PST Scambook called and emailed EPM SkinRevive (Hydroxatone) at (201) 420-8282 ACMG, (201) 942-2043, (800) 672-2259 and [email protected] to remind them of the complaints filed against them and to give more insight on how to address them. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation progresses.

4/5/13 at 12:52 PM PST Scambook called EPM Skinrevive and there was no answer. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

4/4/13 Scambook has reached out again to this company because they have not responded to our requests to address the complaint posted. There was no contact made so scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

4/1/13 at 1:24 PM PST Scambook reached out to EPM SkinRevive via email to [email protected] to inform them of the complaints filed against them and to provide options for them to address said complaints. Scambook has not had any contact back from the company and no action has been taken to address the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as more information becomes available.

3/28/13 at 11:55 AM PST an email was sent to EPM SkinRevive at [email protected] to follow up with them on the last email sent 3/25/13. Since then, there has been no action taken by the company to address the complaints, and no contact has been made. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

3/25/13 at 3:09 PM PST I contacted EPM SkinRevive's parent company Atlantic MCoast Media Group via email on their online email submission page located here: http://www.atlanticcoastmedia.com/contact.html to inform them of the complaints filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints. I will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

3/15/13 at 1:39 PM PST I called EPM SkinRevive and spoke with a rep named Courtney. I informed her I have already spoke with Scott regarding the 32 complaints posted about them, and have not heard back as they said I would. I will continue to follow up and will update as the investigation continues.

3/11/13 at 10:48 AM PST I contacted EPM SkinRevive (Hydroxatone) at [email protected] and sent them an email via their online email submission page located here: http://hydroxatone.com/customer_support to keep them informed as the what is going on with their public profile. I once again let them know about the 31 consumer complaints posted publicly about them, the damages reported and let them know how they can contact me to begin addressing the complaints. I will continue to follow up and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

3/7/13 at 1:10 PM PST I called EPM SkinRevive at (800) 672-2259 and spoke with a supervisor because I was following up on my call with Scott from 3/4/13. I have not yet heard back from them and wanted to inquire as to where this is. The supervisor I spoke with took my information again and said he will be sure to pass it along and have someone get back in touch with me.

3/4/13 at 10:%4am PST I called Hydroxatone at (800) 672-2259 and spoke with a rep named Scott at ext 532. I informed him of the complaints filed against them, and he put me on a brief hold, took my name and number and said he will pass it on for a supervisor to get back in touch with me as soon as they can. I will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

2/27/13 I called EPM SkinRevive (hydroxatone) at (201) 942-2043, (800) 672-2259 and followed up with an email at [email protected] to inform them of the complaint filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.
