Scambook has not had any contact back from the company and no action has been taken to address the complaints. I will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

I informed her I have already spoke with Scott regarding the 32 complaints posted about them, and have not heard back as they said I would. I will continue to follow up and will update as the investigation continues.

I once again let them know about the 31 consumer complaints posted publicly about them, the damages reported and let them know how they can contact me to begin addressing the complaints. I will continue to follow up and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

  • 3/7/13 at 1:10 PM PST I called EPM SkinRevive at (800) 672-2259 and spoke with a supervisor because I was following up on my call with Scott from 3/4/13. I have not yet heard back from them and wanted to inquire as to where this is. The supervisor I spoke with took my information again and said he will be sure to pass it along and have someone get back in touch with me.

I informed him of the complaints filed against them, and he put me on a brief hold, took my name and number and said he will pass it on for a supervisor to get back in touch with me as soon as they can. I will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.
