informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I contacted BellaBrite.com at 866-366-8424 on 9/25/2013. I spoke with a representative in regards to their unresolved consumer complaints and inferred about their refund policy. I was told that once the initial 8 day trial period ended, no refunds are given out.

I called Bella Brite at 866-366-8424 on 3/26/2013. I spoke with a customer service rep by the name of Jenny. I alerted Jenny to the public profile and large number of consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. Jenny stated that she would take down my information in order to have a supervisor call me back. I informed Jenny that Scambook has been told that multiple times and we have yet to receive a response from a supervisor. Jenny could not provide me with a reason why and was only able to offer me multiple apologies. I will be making further attempts to reach the upper management from Bella Brite.

I contacted BellaBrite on 12/19/2012 at 11:05am PST by dialing (866) 366-8424. I spoke with a support rep named RJ and notified him about the public profile and unresolved consumer complaints for BellaBrite on Scambook. RJ was unaware of this profile and said he could not determine if BellaBrite would be resolving their consumer complaints. RJ took down all of my contact information and said he would have one of his supervisors return my call later in the day. I am currently waiting for a response and will update our user's if there are any changes regarding this situation.

I spoke with Jade who notified me that a decision maker was unavailable, but I did give her my information to further escalate this. I called and spoke to a Customer Service Rep at BellaBrite on 8/27/12 at 2 PM PST. I informed him of all the complaints that have been reported on Scambook and gave him my information to pass off to his supervisor. I will update you all as the situation progresses.
