I provided all of my direct contact information and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses. They are well aware of their complaints.

    I fully informed SafeCart of their 154 posted consumer complaints on Scambook and urged them to take a look at the underlying issue. They have mentioned that they do not want to utilize Scambook, but since they are still accumulating new complaints, I brought this to their awareness. I also urged them to get back to me as soon as possible so that I can update their consumers. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in the future.

  • Update: 9/9/9/2013 4:24 PM; SafeCart has left comments back to their consumers who posted the public complaints. Since SafeCart does not want to utilize our platform, I urge consumers to read the comments back made by SafeCart and contact the representative who reached out. If in the future they change their minds and decide to reach out to their consumers via Scambook, I will be here to keep everyone updated. SafeCart has all of my direct contact information and I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

I spoke to a representative who informed me that Safe Cart is well aware of their posted consumer complaints but does not want to reach out to their consumers via our platform. They stated they have taken care of the matter in their own way. Scambook has provided direct contact information if they ever change their minds in the future and want to reach out in terms of customer service to their own consumers.

I sent another detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]; fully informing Safe Cart of their posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

  • On 8/13/2013 at 11:45 AM PST I dialed (250) 590-2273, (250) 984-1156, and (855) 432-0727 to reach Safe Cart. The first number, there was no answer and I left a detailed voice mail informing Safe Cart of their public consumer complaints. The second number was to a representative named Sue Connor; where I left another detailed voice mail fully informing Sue of Safe Cart's public consumer complaints on Scambook. The third number was Safe Cart's general customer service line where I reached a representative named Sam. I fully informed Sam of Safe Cart's 141 posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. Sam stated that one of the managers, Jen, was not available, but took down all of my direct contact information and stated he will pass it on to her when she becomes available. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses. I also sent a detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]; fully informing Safe Cart of their complaints via email.
