I spoke to a supervisor named Glynda and Sandra who transferred me to one of the heads of consumer affairs named Dave. I began to inform Dave of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Value Plus Online on Scambook and Dave said thanks for letting us know and hung up the phone on me. I called back and reached the supervisor Sandra again who stated that Donna Michaels is also one of the lead consumer affair representatives but is not available at this time. Sandra transferred me to Dave once again and Dave is not interested in reaching out to his consumers and hung up the phone once again.

    my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep

I fully informed A?a of the 345 public consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Value Plus Online on Scambook. A?a took down all of my direct contact information and transferred me to the consumer affairs department where I was supposed to speak to a complaint resolution specialist. There was no answer once again and I left a second detailed message for a complaint resolution specialist to call me back in regards to the posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

I fully informed Paul of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook regarding Value Plus Online. I provided all of my direct contact information. Paul stated that corporate is still looking into the matter. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

I fully informed Stacy of the 345 public consumer complaints and business profile regarding Value Plus Online on Scambook. Stacy transferred me to the consumer affairs department where I was supposed to speak to a complaint resolution specialist. There was no answer and I left a message for a complaint resolution specialist to call me back in regards to the posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

A message was left to call us back to discuss the complaints filed against them and to help them address the complaint.     Scambook attempted to contact Dri Value Plus at (952) 258-2000. My phone call was answered by a man I could barely understand. I asked him how he was doing today, he responded by saying he was doing well, and in turn asked how I was doing today. After the pleasantries, I informed him that I was attempting to contact Dri Value Plus / Value Plus, and he was confused by the fact that I had used (952) 258-2000 to try and contact that business. He informed me that this was a personal cell phone number, and had no association with such business. He apologized for not being of help. I thanked him for his time and cooperation, then ended the call.
