  • I made a follow up call to Sensa on 2/26//2013 by dialing (866) 514-2554. I spoke with a floor supervisor named Tracy about the profile and the unresolved consumer complaints. Tracy informed me that I would need to fill out a PR/Media inquiry in order to get in contact with the appropriate figure from Sensa. After our phone conversation I logged on to Sensa's website and submitted a message to the PR/Media department requesting a call back to discuss this profile in greater detail. I am currently waiting for a response and will update our users if there are any developments regarding this profile.

  • I made a follow up call to Sensa on 11/27/2012 at 2:50pm PST by dialing (866) 514-2554. I spoke with a supervisor named Marco and notified him about the company's public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. I told Marco that I was trying to get in touch with the director of customer service to determine if Sensa would be addressing their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints. I left Marco all of my contact information and I am currently waiting for a response. I will update our users if there are any developments regarding this matter.

  • I contacted Sensa on 11/5/2012 at 9:51am PST by dialing (866) 514-2554 and spoke with a supervisor named Robert. I notified Robert about the profile for Sensa on Scambook and was told that I would be receiving a call back from the director of customer service. I am currently waiting for a response and will update our users as this situation continues to develop.

  • I contacted Sensa on 09/25/2012 at 3:40pm PST by dialing (866) 514-2554. I spoke with a supervisor named Alischa in customer support who was unaware of the profile for Sensa on Scambook. Alischa took down my contact information and said she would notify her supervisor to the proper department aware of the profile for Sensa on Scambook.

  • On 09/20/2012 Scambook mailed Yes I wish to file a complaint against Sensa a letter, via First Class Mail, to 28516 Livingston Ave
    Valencia, CA 91355 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.
