  • On 09/05/13 at 8:48 AM PST, I dialed (888) 206-2070 to contact Sach Solutions. I spoke to representative, Nathan who instructed me to send an email to [email protected] and explain the resolve process and the complaints. I did exactly that and left all of my contact information in case Sach Solutions has any questions or wishes to provide any level of customer service.

  • On 08/26/13 at 10:05 AM PST, I dialed (888) 206-2070, to contact Sach Solutions. There was no answer and the phone went straight to voice mail. I left a message for Mr. Sean Nagari, and simply asked how Sach Solutions would like to address their complaints on Scambook. I left all of my contact information if Sach Solutions wishes to provide any leavel of customer service to their customers that have posted complaints on Scambook.

  • On 08/19/13 at 2:14 PM PST, I made a follow-up call to (925) 206-0520 in order to contact Sach Solutions. There was no answer but I did leave a detailed voice mail for Sean Nagari to ask if Sach Solutions has made a decision on how they would like to address their complaints. I left all of my contact information in the event that Sach Solutions has any questions and would like to resolve their complaints.

  • On 08/12/13 at 11:30 AM PST, I dialed (925) 206-0520 to contact Sach Solutions. I spoke to Sean Nagari, whom I fully informed of the public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. Mr. Nagari informed me he was not aware of these complaints, and then he asked me to email him the link to the complaints. I did just as requested along with all of my contact information in the event that Sach Solutions has any questions and would like to resolve their complaints.
