  • On 6.5.2013 at 2:13 PM PST I dialed (800) 307-6201 to contact Flex Seal. I reached a supervisor named Dani. I fully informed Dani of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Flex Seal on Scambook. Dani took down all of my direct contact information and is passing it on to her upper management. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

  • On 6/3/2013 at 8:20 AM PST I dialed (800) 307-6201 to contact Flex Seal. I reached a 3rd party customer service call center and spoke to a supervisor named Sara. I fully informed Sara of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Flex Seal on Scambook. Sara took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she is forwarding the information on to upper management. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses.

  • 3/25/13 at 4:19 PM PST I emailed Flex Seal at [email protected] to inform them of the complaints filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints. I will continue to reach out and will update as more information becomes available.
