7/19/13 at 2:14 PM PST Scambook contacted ReLiftXS again via email at [email protected] to remind them of the complaints posted about them and to, again, offer insight on how to best address them. Scambook has received very little correspondence back from this company, and they've done nothing to take action towards resolving the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation moves forward and new information becomes available.

Scambook personnel throughout numerous occasions have contacted ReLiftXS, spoken with multiple individuals within their customer service, as well as forwarded information to ReLiftXS regarding user submitted complaints on Scambook every time new information is submitted or altered. Details and contact information have been included in every contact made, to assist any decision maker at ReLiftXS in resolving the posted complaints; if they wish to provide any kind of customer service to their consumers.

On 3/25/2013 at 4:45pm PST, by dialing (888) 563-0374. I spoke with Edmund in customer service and his supervisor informed Edmund to announce that they were not interested and to disconnect the call.

Scambook attempted to contact ReLiftXS at (888) 563-0374 multiple times. All attempts have ended with a disconnect after being placed on hold by ReLiftXS's automated phone system. No information has been forwarded regarding user submitted information available on Scambook.com at this time. Additionally, email inquiries have been sent to ReLiftXS at [email protected].

I called Relift XS at (888) 563-0374 on 9/21/2012. The customer care rep mentioned that he can not help me get in contact with a decision maker of Relift XS. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the customer care rep was not willing to do that as well. I will make further attempts to contact Relift XS and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
