This email was meant as a follow up to the last contact 3/25/13. Since then, there has been no contact from the company and no action has been taken to address the complaints. I have reached out numerous times via email, phone and mail and there has been no action on their part to address any of the complaints posted about them. I will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

  • On 03/22/2013 Scambook mailed FGLifeInsCo a letter, via First Class Mail, to P.O. Box 1137
    Baltimore, MD 21203-1137 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

  • 3/15/13 at 10:11 AM PST I called FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and spoke wit a rep named Kelly. I informed her about the 24 consumer complaints posted about FGLifeInsCo and asked who is capable of addressing the complaints. She informed me they are merely a call center, but gave me the contact fax number 1-800-281-5777 for the compliance department and mentioned that is how I will need to contact them. I will continue to reach out and will follow up as the investigation continues.

I sent an escalation email to [email protected] to inform them of the escalation process, the total damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints. I will continue to follow up and will resolve or dispute the complaints.

I am neither of these, so I followed up again with another email to [email protected]. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.

  • 3/4/13 at 11:03am PST I reached out to FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and spoke with a rep named Bob Rutley. I informed him of the complaints filed against them and let him know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints. He took down all my contact info and said he will be forwarding it to the compliance dept and they will be getting back in contact with me. I will continue to contact and update as the investigation continues.

  • 3/1/13 at 9:27am PST I contacted FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 which only allows contact from an agency approved to access client information or an actual customer with a policy number. I followed up with an email to [email protected] to keep them updated about the complaints posted against them, the damages reported and my contact info. I will keep following up and will update as the investigation continues.

  • 2/26/13 I called FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and spoke with a rep there who transferred me to the home office at 8886975433. I was transferred to Paul Tyler Head of media and marketing. I left a message for them to call me back to discuss the 22 complaints filed against them. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.
