5/29/13 at 4:13 PM PST Scambook emailed FGLifeInsCo to remind them of the complaints posted about htem and to inform them there has been no action taken to address the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

4/4/13 Scambook has reached out again to this company because they have not responded to our requests to address the complaints posted. There was no contact made so scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

3/28/13 at 12:00 PM PST an email was sent to FGLifeInsCo via their online email submission form located here:http://home.fglife.com/contact-us/contact-us-form. This email was meant as a follow up to the last contact 3/25/13. Since then, there has been no contact from the company and no action has been taken to address the complaints. Scambook will continues to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

3/25/13 at 3:17 PM PST. this company has not responded to any of the inquiries w have made to them as of yet. I have reached out numerous times via email, phone and mail and there has been no action on their part to address any of the complaints posted about them. I will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

3/22/13 at 10:25 AM We send a letter to FGLifeInsCo informing them of the complaints filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispote the complaints. We will continue to follow up and will update as there is more information available.

On 03/22/2013 Scambook mailed FGLifeInsCo a letter, via First Class Mail, to P.O. Box 1137
Baltimore, MD 21203-1137 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

3/15/13 at 10:11 AM PST I called FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and spoke wit a rep named Kelly. I informed her about the 24 consumer complaints posted about FGLifeInsCo and asked who is capable of addressing the complaints. She informed me they are merely a call center, but gave me the contact fax number 1-800-281-5777 for the compliance department and mentioned that is how I will need to contact them. I will continue to reach out and will follow up as the investigation continues.

3/11/13 at 9:46 AM PST I called FGLifeInsCo and once again was unable to speak with a person. I sent an escalation email to [email protected] to inform them of the escalation process, the total damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints. I will continue to follow up and will resolve or dispute the complaints.

3/7/13 at 1:00 PM PST I called FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and the only way to speak with someone is if you are the policy holder or an authorized agent. I am neither of these, so I followed up again with another email to [email protected]. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.

3/4/13 at 11:03am PST I reached out to FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and spoke with a rep named Bob Rutley. I informed him of the complaints filed against them and let him know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints. He took down all my contact info and said he will be forwarding it to the compliance dept and they will be getting back in contact with me. I will continue to contact and update as the investigation continues.

Company received their 25th complaint.

3/1/13 at 9:27am PST I contacted FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 which only allows contact from an agency approved to access client information or an actual customer with a policy number. I followed up with an email to [email protected] to keep them updated about the complaints posted against them, the damages reported and my contact info. I will keep following up and will update as the investigation continues.

2/26/13 I called FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and spoke with a rep there who transferred me to the home office at 8886975433. I was transferred to Paul Tyler Head of media and marketing. I left a message for them to call me back to discuss the 22 complaints filed against them. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.

2/21/13 I called FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and followed up with an email to [email protected] to inform them about the complaint filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me again. I also informed them of the escalation process and will follow up and update as the investigation continues.

2/18/13 I called FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and there was no answer. This may have been due to the presidents day holiday. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.

2/14/13 I called FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and was unable to reach a rep. I will follow up and update as necessary when more information becomes available.

2/11/13 I called FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and there was no answer. They require the policy holder the make the call, and because I do not have that information it has proven very difficult to contact someone. I will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

2/8/13 I called FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and there was no answer again. I will continue to reach out and update as the investigation continues.

2/5/13 I called FGLifeInsCo at (888) 513-8797 and followed up with an email to [email protected] as well as submitting and email through their online submission form to let them know about the complaints filed against them, the damages reported and to let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaints.
