Real Network Superpass

I made and additional follow up call to Real Network Superpass on 7/8/2013. I spoke with a supervisor regarding their public profile and unresolved complaints on Scambook. After placing me on hold, he was only able to provide me with a physical address and fax number. I requested to speak with someone from their upper management, and he responded by stating that I had essentially reached "the top of the mountain" and there was no one I could speak with.

On 07/08/2013 Scambook mailed Real Network Superpass a letter, via Certified Mail, to 2601 Elliott Ave
Seattle, WA 98121 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I made a follow up call to Real Network Superpass on 7/1/2013. After being on hold for several minutes, I disconnected the call. I will make further attempts to reach out to the business in hopes of determining their interest in resolving with their consumers who have posted complaints to Scambook.

I contacted Real Network Superpass by dialing 206-674-2700 on 6/27/2013. I spoke to the operator and requested to speak with someone about their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. My call was then transferred to the customer service department where I left my contact information in order to have a manager return my call. I await their response.

Company received their 50th complaint.

On 6/20/2013 at 4:00 PM PST I dialed (206) 674-2700 to contact a supervisor named Claudia at Corporate in regards to the posted consumer complaints and public business profile for Real.com (super pass) on Scambook. I left Claudia a detailed voice mail and provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

6/17/13 at 4:20 PM PST scambook has looked into this business and has been unsuccessful at getting contact back with regard to the posted complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

On 06/12/13 at 4:00 PM PST, I dialed (206) 674-2700 to make a follow-up call to Real.com Super Pass. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing Claudia from Real.com Super Pass about their public business profile and complaint on Scambook. I provided my direct contact information if Real.com Super Pass has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 03/11/13 at 11:11 PM PST I dialed (206) 674-2700 to contact Real.com. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail for a supervisor at corporate named Claudia. I fully informed Claudia of Real.com about their public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information.

On 12/18/2012 Scambook mailed Rn Superpass Real Networks a letter, via First Class Mail, to PO Box 91123
Seattle, WA 98111-9223 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I called Real Network Superpass at 206-892-6737 on 9/25/2012. Unfortunately, the number was invalid, but I did send them an email at [email protected]. In the email, I detailed the complaints and monetary damage posted to Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
