There has been no action from this company to address the complaint despite having been informed how to do so, many times. She was very helpful when she was informed about the complaint posted about the company. She informed supervisor Karen and scambook was advised to send an email to [email protected] to describe the complaint, damages reported and to let them know how to contact us to address the complaint. Scambook will continue to reach out and update as the investigation continues.
