  • On 6/13/2013 at 3:10 PM PST I dialed (289) 275-0520 to reach a supervisor at Zoom Web Media named Chris. Chris informed me that he passed the message along regarding the posted consumer complaints and public business profile about Zoom Web Media on to his upper management. He stated that a Director at the company named Brad will be following up with me within a week. I am waiting for a response from Brad and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

  • On 6/6/2013 at 9:58 AM PST I dialed (289) 275-0520 to contact Zoom Web Media. I spoke to a supervisor named Chris. I fully informed Chris and navigated him to the posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Zoom Web Media on Scambook. Chris stated that Zoom Web Media is looking further into the matter. I have provided all of my direct contact information and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

  • On 6/4/2013 at 2:28 PM PST I dialed (210) 767-3298 to contact Zoom Web Media. I spoke to a representative named Sean. I fully informed Sean of the 3 public consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Zoom Web Media on Scambook. Sean informed me that there was no supervisor available and to call back tomorrow. I will attempt to contact Zoom Web Media later again this week.
