  • On 4/1/2013 at 01:11 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] informing My Mobile Care of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I left all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response.

  • I contacted My Mobile Care on 12-18-12 at 10:48am PST by dialing (877) 707-3288 to follow up with the company about their public profile on Scambook. I spoke with a customer service supervisor, Emmanuel, who directed me through to the proper channels. Subsequently, I did send an email to [email protected]. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I made a 2nd attempt to contact My Mobile Care at 877-707-3288 on 9/24/2012. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep by the name of Jada and alerted her to the complaints posted to Scambook. I gave her my information and she told me she was going to pass it off to her head supervisor and that they would contact me soon. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I called My Mobile Care at 877-707-3288 on 9/4/2012. I was hold for several minutes and decided to hang up and try again later. I did in fact email My Mobile Care though at [email protected]. In the email, I mentioned the complaints and monetary damage reported on Scambook. I will make further attempts to get into contact with My Mobile Care and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
