Scambook has maintained constant contact and will continue to do so as the investigation continues.

9/16/13 at 10:50 AM PST Scambook reached out to North Point Web Mall again at (855) 333-2582 to inform them of the complaint posted and to offer solutions to address it. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

On 09/13/13 at 1:24 PM PST, I dialed (602) 242-4014 to contact North Point Web Mall and the phone kept ringing after 5 minutes there was no option to leave a voice mail. I then called (855) 333-2582 and the automated operator said that the number was not available. In addition, I sent another email to [email protected] to inform North Point Web Mall of their rising complaints. I left all of my contact information if North Point Web Mall wishes to respond to their complaints or provide any level of customer service.

910/13 at 8:02 AM PST Scambook called North Point Web Mall at (855) 333-2582 but the nuber didn't work. Scambook followed up with an email to [email protected] to remind them of the complaint posted about them, the damages reported again and let them know how to contact us to address them. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

9/3/13 at 10:28 AM PST Scambook emailed North Point Web Mall at [email protected] to remind them of their options associated with addressing the complaints posted about them. Scambook will continue to reach out and will udpate as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.

8/27/13 at 8:08 AM PST Scambook called North Point Web Mall at (855) 333-2582 which was a "mentor line" and there was no answer, but there ws a message left asking for a call back. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

On 8/23/2013 9:41 AM PST, I sent a detailed letter to North Point Web Mall at ?to 2023 North Cave Creek Rd. Suite 104-283 Phoenix, AZ 85024 US inform them of their public complaints on Scambook and information on our complaint resolution procedure. I left all of my direct contact information, if North Point Web Mall has questions or if they wish to provide any level of customer service for these complaints.

On 08/15/13 at 9:19 AM PST, I dialed (888) 723-4963 to contact North Point Web Mall. There was no answer, but I did leave a voice mail informing North Point Web Mall of their public business profile and posted consumer complaints. In addition, I sent an email to [email protected] also informing them of their public business profile and posted consumer complaints. I left all of my direct contact information if North Point Web Mall has any questions or wishes to provide any level of customer service.

8/6/13 at 10:23 AM PST Scambook called North Point Web Mall at (888) 617-2009 again but the number is still not connected. A follow up email was sent again to [email protected] reminding them of the complaints posted and letting them know how to contact us to address them. Scambook will cotninue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

8/1/13 at 8:46 AM PST Scambook contacted North Point Web Mall again at [email protected] reminding them of the complants posted about them and letting them know how to contact us to address them. There has still been no contact back, but efforts to reach out will continue and updates will be posted.

On 7/25/2013 2:54 PM, I have attempted to contact North Point Web Mall via email one more time, and have notified them of several past attempts to contact their company without a response from them. In addition, I have informed North Point Web Mall that this is an urgent matter and needs to be addressed promptly. I left all of my direct contact information in the event that North Point Web Mall has any interest in resolving their complaints.

On 7/19/2013 at 4:07 PM PST, I dialed (888) 617-2009 to contact North Point Web Mall. The number is no longer in service. I sent a detailed email to North Point Web Mall fully informing North Point Web Mall of their public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information in the event that North Point Web Mall would like to resolve these complaints.

On 07/10/13 at 8:33 AM PST, I dialed (855) 333-2582 to contact North Point Web Mall. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing North Point Web Mall about their public business profile and complaint on Scambook. I provided my direct contact information if North Point Web Mall has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.
