    I was contacted by RevitaSlim at 2:57pm PST, and provided information in regards to the profile on Scambook.

    On 10/10/2012 at 11:19pm PST, I contacted RevitaSlim by dialing (888) 704-7518. I spoke with a supervisor named Sandy. She informed me that RevitaSlim was aware of the profile on Scambook and did not request any information in regards to the profile. I gave her my contact information for any future questions.
