2/19/13 I spoke with Mr. Wade Weaver about the complaint posted 2/17/13 ref #211895. He was very upset and said he would like it removed today. I informed Mr. Weaver that there is a process that must be followed and told him to formally dispute it, if that is what he would like to do, and our team would look into and possibly remove it. Mr. Weaver said he would like the dispute information, which I emailed to him. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.
