Through all of my attempts, I have yet to receive a of response from any representative from UfiBill.com as of 8/5/2013.

I made an additional call to UfiBill.com on 7/29/2013. I spoke with a customer service representative regarding their complaints on Scambook. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but none were available. I was told to call back on a later day in hopes to speak with someone who can help me.

Due to a lack of a response, I sent an additional email to UfiBill.com on 7/23/2013. I await their response.

I made an additional call to UfiBill.com on 7/15/2013. I spoke with a customer service representative regarding their complaints. She was very uncooperative and was unwilling to provide me with help. She stated there was no one I could speak with and was unsure when they would become available. I will make further attempts to contact the business in hopes of reaching the proper party and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I made an additional call to UfiBill.com on 7/9/2013. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but none were available. Again, I was told to send an email to [email protected]. I sent an additional email and attention it to Monica Bradshow who I spoke with last week and inquired about our resolution process. I await their response.

I made a follow up call to UfiBill by dialing 800-935-0519 on 7/1/2013. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Monica Bradshow regarding their Scambook profile and unresolved consumer complaints. Monica requested that I send her more information via email regarding the complaints and our resolution process and she will review it. I await her response.

Company received their 100th complaint.

I sent an additional email to UFIBill.com at [email protected] on 6/12/2013. I reminded them of their public profile and large number of consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response.

On 5/09/2013 at 04:19 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing UfiBill.com of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I left all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

5/6/13 at 8:47 AM PST Scambook emailed Alcudabill.com again at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to remind them about the complaints posted about them and to let them know how to address them. Scambook will be advising this company of the escalation procedure if there is no contact back in a week.

5/1/13 at 10:08 AM PST Scambook emailed AlcudaBill. at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to inform them again of the complaint posted about them, the damages reported and let them know the proceudre to address them. Scambook will continue oto reach out and will update accordingly.

Company received their 25th complaint.

4/25/13 at 1:34 PM PST Scambook called AlcudaBill.info at (800) 935-0519, +44 800 014 8996 to inform them of the complaints posted about them and to get more information as to who the correct person to speak with is. Scambook didn't get through but will continue to reach out and update as more information becomes available.

423/13 at 8:48 AM PST Scambook emailed AlcudaBill.info at [email protected], [email protected] to inform them of the complaints posted about them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact us to address the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

Details and contact information have been included to assist any decision maker at UfiBill.com in resolving the posted complaints; if they wish to provide any kind of customer service to their consumers.

On 4/16/2013 another follow up email has been sent to [email protected].

On 4/9/2013 at 4:20pm PST, I attempted to contact AlcudaBill.info by dialing +44 800 014 8996. The call was unsuccessful. A follow up email was sent to [email protected].

On 4/4/0213 another contact request was sent to [email protected].

Company contact information was updated.
